Stateside has contracts with hospitals and healthcare facilities in many states in the USA who are looking for a diverse range of specialities. We have an excellent reputation for providing qualified, competent RNs to US hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Unlike many of our competitors we generally aim to place nurses directly on the hospital payroll. Therefore, no agency deductions will be made from your salary once you commence work. Many of our competitors may deduct a percentage of your salary for the first two years of your employment.

Our client hospitals offer salaries equal to your US nurse counterpart but will vary depending on the client and the location.

A successful candidate may be offered any of the following:

• Relocation allowance up to US$8,000 with valid receipts (dependant on location)
• Temporary housing (ranging from 1 to 3 months)
• Green Card sponsorship with fully paid attorney fees
• Direct hospital employment of 2 or 3 year contracts (no agency salary deduction).

The cost of living varies hugely from location to location. For instance, $23 per hour in Arizona may provide you with a better standard of living than $30 per hour elsewhere.
