You must first obtain a Green Card before you can work in the USA. The immigration paperwork will be processed free of charge by either Stateside Recruitment or our client hospitals when you accept a position.

Under normal circumstances, once a green card has been filed, it can take anywhere between 9-12 months for the application to be completed.

NOTE: This timeframe is dependent on the USCIS (Part of the US Immigration Service) and so there is NO opportunity to shortcut or speed up this process.

A Green Card issued to a nurse will allow their spouse and dependent children (under 21 years old at the date of filing) to live and work in the USA.

Cost of Green Card
The attorney fees associated with the filing of your Green Card application are either met by Stateside Recruitment or our client hospital. However, you will be responsible for paying for your visa fee and medical costs.
